Our modern, automated, production facilities located in Turkey have a capacity of over 200,000 metric tons of wire rod annually. SARKUYSAN has a unique feature in the world marketplace, by having three different continuous wire rod casting technologies within the same plant. These are Contirod and Southwire continuous rod casting plants for Electrolytic Tough Pitch (ETP) wire rod, and Outokumpu - Upcast for Oxygen Free wire rod copper production. The total output of our facilities is fully 50% of Turkey's national copper output.

Our downstream capabilities include the production of all size single ends, as fine as 44 AWG, put up singularly, or as multiwire. Our stranding capabilities include all concentric types, including bunched wire, unilay, and ropelay conductors, as large as 750 MCM. All of our products are available in unplated, tin plated and nickel plated qualities.

SARKUYSAN production facilities have received both ISO 9002 and QS 9000 certifications. Our effective implementation of Quality Assurance Systems assures products produced in compliance with customer requirements, and in accordance with all appropriate USA industrial and military specifications.
